Heat treatment is carried out according to the customer’s specifications. After heat treatment, some components require additional precision machining or gear grinding to meet the specified dimensional and gear accuracy requirements.
Gear honing is also used when required by the project, with this process mainly handled through external processing. Surface treatment is likewise arranged through external processing when specified by the customer.

For projects that require coordinate measuring machine inspection, CMM measurement is handled through external processing resources.
The inspection requirements are established from the customer’s documentation rather than from a single standard applied to every gear order. This allows the inspection work to follow the requirements of the individual component.

From Sample Orders to Continued Production
For some robot joint actuator projects, customers first order samples for testing. The samples allow the customer to evaluate the manufactured components against their own product requirements before placing further orders.
