The Caliber family of automotive repair and service brands, including Caliber Collision, Caliber Auto Glass and Caliber Fleet Solutions, today announced its expansion into New England, marking the company’s entry into Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont through the acquisition of Key Collision. The move brings Key Collision’s 10 locations across the three states into the Caliber family, extending Caliber’s reach to customers in underserved areas and growing the company’s footprint to 44 states.

Key Collision is widely recognized throughout the collision repair industry for its quality repairs and long-standing reputation for customer care, reinforcing Caliber’s ability to deliver that same standard of service to drivers and insurers throughout the region.

The transaction comes as growing vehicle complexity, an aging vehicle fleet and changing insurance claims trends increase demand for specialized repair expertise. Bringing Key Collision into the Caliber family extends that expertise to New England drivers for the first time, backed by the training, technology and calibration standards Caliber applies across its network.

The expansion also strengthens the consistency Caliber can offer wherever it operates. A larger, more connected network means more predictable repair quality, faster claims turnaround and broader coverage in every region where vehicles need service, the kind of reliability that matters as much behind the scenes as it does on the road.

“This expansion gives drivers throughout New England access to the repair experience Caliber is known for,” said Val Fichera, senior vice president of operations for the Northeast at Caliber. “We are excited to welcome the talented teammates of Key Collision, as their longstanding commitment to quality repairs and customer service makes them a natural fit with the Caliber family.”

Founded in 1992, Key Collision operates repair centers in Portland, Maine; Concord, Keene, Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth, Rochester and Salem, N.H.; and Colchester and South Burlington, Vt. The company has built a longstanding reputation for quality repairs and exceptional customer service throughout the region.

“Joining the Caliber family is an exciting next chapter for Key Collision and our team,” said John Stolz, former chief operating officer, Key Collision. “Caliber shares the commitment to quality and customer care that has guided our business for more than 30 years, while bringing additional resources, technology and opportunities for our teammates. We are proud of what we have built in New England and look forward to continuing that legacy as part of Caliber.”

Key Collision was represented by Focus Advisors in the transaction.

As Key Collision joins the Caliber family, customers will continue to have access to experienced local repair teams, now supported by Caliber’s nationwide resources, training and technology.

The acquisition reflects Caliber’s continued strategy of partnering with respected independent collision repair businesses that share its commitment to operational excellence, customer service and teammate development. It also marks another milestone in a landmark year for Caliber, which in 2026 also celebrated the 3,000th graduate of its Technician Apprentice Program, underscoring the company’s parallel investment in growth and in the workforce that supports it.
