Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Hosts End-of-Summer ‘Cue-mmunity Appreciation Bash on September 5. The Denver barbecue joint located at 6691 Tower Road, Suite 105 is hosting a holiday weekend barbecue bash

This community event also gives Coloradans the opportunity to meet the new Pit Master of the Dickey’s Barbecue location in northeast Denver. New Franchisee Mike Macklin is now at the helm of the longstanding barbecue joint located in one of Denver’s fastest-growing and most diverse corridors and is excited to serve the area he’s called home for over 10 years.

EVENT DETAILS

WHAT: Celebrate the final weekend of summer with the taste of Legit. Texas. Barbecue., special discounts and on-site entertainment. The one-day, family-friendly event features can’t-miss celebrations for the community, including:

  • An on-site appearance by Mike Boyle, host of The Mike Boyle Restaurant Show on 710KNUS News/Talk

  • $15 full racks of pit-smoked ribs, available in-restaurant only.

  • $5 classic sandwiches and guests can choose from Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken Breast, Polish Kielbasa Sausage, Jalapeño Cheddar Kielbasa Sausage, or Crispy Chicken, all served on a garlic butter toasted brioche bun.

  • $2 homestyle sides including hand-cut fries, pickle fries, barbecue beans, crispy cabbage slaw, fried okra, green beans with bacon, loaded baked potato casserole, mac & cheese, potato salad, and loaded mashed potatoes with gravy.
