The new name reflects the firm’s long-standing philosophy: that injury victims, no matter how big or small, deserve a fighting chance against powerful insurance companies.

Founded by attorneys Drew Gibbs and Scott Crivelli, the firm has spent more than 20 years representing people injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability cases, dog bites, and other personal injury matters. Gibbs began his legal career as a prosecutor for the State of Texas before later working in insurance defense, giving him firsthand experience on both sides of the courtroom. Crivelli served as an active-duty Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer in the U.S. Army, prosecuting cases and protecting service members before turning his focus to injury victims.
